  • - All vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking.
  • - Based on the east coast of Australia our account managers service most metropolitan cities across the country and all the regional areas in between.
  • - All products are delivered free of charge into your store during scheduled services .This process is managed through our professional account managers who operate out of customised service vehicles. Our account managers play an essential role in making sure products reach all market outlets quickly, efficiently, and by maintaining the high level of service our customers have come to expect. They are trained to re-stock, merchandise, clean displays, replace any damaged stock, and always smile... :)


PeleGuy Distribution servicing schedules are as follows:

  • - All metropolitan accounts are serviced every 4 - 5 weeks (unless further services are required).
  • - All country / regional accounts are serviced every 6 - 8 weeks (unless further services are required).


During a regular service call our Representatives:

  • - Set up all products and hardware correctly
  • - Merchandise to planogram
  • - Introduce new product lines
  • - Assist with any queries
  • - Explain warranty policies
  • - Perform these tasks in a professional manner each and every visit, and always deliver excellence and courtesy in everything they do.
